Access to the Customer Portal or Brand Portal may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Black Fern and are protected by intellectual property laws. Represented brand names, logos, and product images remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use any Black Fern or represented brand trademark without prior written permission.
Orders & Brand Representation
Black Fern acts as a sales representation firm connecting professionals with represented brands. Product availability, pricing, and order fulfillment terms may be governed by the applicable brand’s own policies in addition to these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Fern will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Placeholder Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
